A calmer record
What you can track with Rosie
Daily skin check-ins
Record how your skin looks and feels, add observations and include a photo when it is useful.
Meals and drinks
Keep food context beside your skin record without assuming that every meal caused a change.
Possible patterns
Review your timeline to notice associations across your own entries. An association is not proof of causation.
Appointment history
Prepare a report you can choose to share with a dermatologist, GP or other healthcare professional.
A private, local-first rosacea diary
Your diary entries and photos stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. You do not need an account to keep your diary, and Rosie does not currently provide remote diary backup.
What makes a useful rosacea tracker?
A tracker should be quick enough to use consistently, allow notes and photos, keep relevant daily context together and make it easy to review a longer period. It should also be clear about its limits: tracking may help you prepare questions and notice possible associations, but it cannot diagnose rosacea or determine what caused a flare.
